On 11/12 November 2021, the sixth Transcultural Leadership Summit will offer participants from different industries and fields a platform for interdisciplinary exchange on the topic of transculturality and leadership.
The Summit is organised by a group of Zeppelin University students and chaired by Professor Josef Wieland, Director of the Leadership Excellence Institute Zeppelin | LEIZ and founder of the Transcultural Caravan.
Following previous conferences dealing with China (2016), Sub-Saharan Africa (2017), Brazil (2018), Europe (2019), and the New Silk Roads (2020), the focus is now on Southeast Asia. The aim is to look at this unique region from different perspectives and to create a platform for exchange and learning.
Southeast Asia is home to over 600 million people, hundreds of different ethnicities and cultures, and members of all world religions. The region is also one of the fastest growing economies in the world and yet is under-represented in international literature and research on leadership. The TLS team has started preparations and planning and welcomes any suggestions and ideas to give this unique region a transcultural platform.
