The speakers list for this year’s LEIZ Leadership Symposium in Friedrichshafen on June 1st and 2nd, 2017 promised stimulating discussions as well as many opportunities to enlarge and deepen participants’ understanding of various aspects of leadership:
Charles Hampden-Turner from Cambridge University shared his views on Transcultural Leadership, while Mary Uhl-Bien from Texas Christian University focused on Relational Leadership. Christian Vögtlin from Audiencia Business School (France) presented his latest research findings on Responsible Leadership. Another participant from the US was Gwen E. Jones, professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, visiting researcher at LEIZ and expert in Business Ethics, Organization Behaviour & Leadership. Carmen Tanner, professor of economic psychology and leadership ethics at LEIZ, and her team spoke about moral intelligence as an approach to leadership, while Josef Wieland, director of LEIZ, and his team introduced their findings on relational and transcultural leadership.
