On July 6th, LEIZ and the German Graduate School of Management & Law (GGS) will hold a Symposium on “Compliance & Integrity-Management in Global Value Chains”. The event will be hosted by LEIZ-Director, Prof Josef Wieland, and the Director of GGS’ Institute for Compliance und Corporate Law, Prof Martin Schulz.
Well-knows speakers from academia, the legal profession, and the world of business will present and discuss the challenges which businesses, their leaders and stakeholders, the legal profession, and the justice system need to address vis-à-vis the globalization of markets. Among the issues addressed are: the rapidly increasing demands leaders have to meet, compliance and integrity-management in value-chains, CSR- and compliance reporting, anti-corruption compliance, and the relevance of anti-trust law for compliance.
The event has been especially devised for lawyers, company solicitors, compliance managers, risk managers, and corporate leaders with an interest in the subject matter.
