LEIZ researcher appointed to honor society

Dominik Fischer is a research assistant at the Leadership Excellence Institute Zeppelin. His research focus is on institutional economics, leadership, compliance & integrity as well as strategy in a global context.

The University of Sydney Business School Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma has voted to recognize his scholastic achievements by inviting him to become a member of the society. Beta Gamma Sigma is an academic honor society founded more than 100 years ago. Membership in the society, which is by invitation only, is the highest recognition a business student at a school accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) can receive. AACSB was founded in 1916 by renowned universities such as Columbia University, Harvard University, Yale University and Dartmouth College.

Beta Gamma Sigma’s mission is to encourage and honor academic achievement in the field of business, foster personal and professional excellence, advance the values of the society, and serve its members. A primary emphasis of the organization is to encourage ethical business leadership.
