In her article on "Corporate ethical culture in business", Prof Carmen Tanner introduces the "Corporate Ethical Culture Scale" (CECS) for assessing various dimensions of ethical culture in organizations. In this context, she presents some key findings of two surveys conducted in 2015 and 2016. According to the results of these surveys, the questions of how ethical culture is related to observed misconduct, as well as to work motivation lead to interesting insights on corporate ethical culture.
