The digital transformation seems to change everything. But what aspects of digital media and the changes they induce are relevant for labor unions? How is work being shaped by the digital transformation? How can workers shape the way their work is digitized? And why is this of great importance for companies, politics and the society as a whole? Answers to these questions will be provided during the talk by Maximilian Locher, transformation secretary in the leadership team of the IG Metall Baden-Württemberg, sociologist and former ZU student.
