Are USA’s and China’s AI activities outsmarting Europe?

After last year’s successful presentation at the 2019 TRB conference, Prof. Dr. Wolfgang H. Schulz and Christina F. Edye are returning to the TRB conference in Washington D.C. to present their latest research. During the presentation, titled ‘Are USA’s and China’s AI activities outsmarting Europe?’, they are assessing each country’s approach to AI and what Europe could do differently to keep up with its compeititors. With the increasing demand for AI in economies and businesses across the world, Europe’s approach to the inclusion and expansion of AI must be inclusive of European nations, requires collective financial support and must be less risk averse to be open towards new AI activities. The presentation will be held on 14th January 2020.
