About the ITS World Congress
The ITS World Congress is an annual international conference focused on Intelligent Transport Systems. Each year, the World Congress is hosted in one of three regions; Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. The regional ITS associations, ERTICO – ITS Europe, ITS Asia-Pacific and ITS America, each host the World Congress when it falls in their respective region every three years.
This year, over 10,000 international ITS experts, professionals, public and private sector leaders, academics, researchers, engineers and students, representing all corners of the ITS industry, will gather at the 22nd ITS World Congress in Bordeaux, France on Monday 5 – Friday 9 October.
With over 250 programme sessions, 350 exhibiting companies spread across 25,000 sqm of exhibition space, 35 live demonstrations, 20 associated events, 8 technical visits, 2 ITS Competition programmes and a multitude of social and networking events, the 2015 ITS World Congress will offer unique and valuable opportunities and learning experiences for every ITS professional.
ERTICO – ITS Europe is proud to organise the ITS World Congress 2015 (5–9 October 2015) in partnership with the European Commission, ITS America and ITS Asia-Pacific. The Congress is hosted by TOPOS Aquitaine on behalf of the City of Bordeaux, Bordeaux Metropolis, the Departmental Council of the Gironde and the Aquitaine Region and with the strong support of the French Ministry of Transport, ITS France, CEREMA and IFSTTAR.
