When our students become enlightened - as alumni and alumnae -; when our graduates become students again in graduate or doctoral programs we share in their happiness: about our time together here at ZU, the successes and about the further close accompaniment in the next stages of their biographies. We are especially pleased that graduates often return to their Alma Mater for events, speeches, celebrations or also for postgraduate studies at Zeppelin University. It is always nice to see the enlightenment shining back to the place where it originated.
For us, alumni are "important ambassadors" in the truest sense of the word, in all corners of the world, and they are important to our students as a link to the professional world. In order to strengthen the exchange of information between alumni, the university and the students, we opened an AlumniOffice in October 2008 in addition to the Alumni Club which has been in existence since the founding of the university. The AlumniOffice organizes events and training courses, keeps the alumni up to date on university publications, and works with them and our PartnerPool to find new professional challenges. In return, alumni hold speeches on their experiences in a job, participate as jury members in the selection procedure or offer our students internships or jobs on the career platform www.in-die-zukunft.de. In short: It is a rewarding cooperation and one that we are committed to.
