The Chair for Public Law, Tax Law, European Law and Regulatory Law teaches the students of Zeppelin University in their major phase the legal framework of economic activities, both regarding national law and also the transborder law of the European unions.
The program of Corporate Management & Economics especially focuses on competition and tax law.
Constitutional law and administrative law are part of the legal training in the context of the program Public Management & Governance. In addition to the German "Staatsorganisationsrecht" and the basic laws, the lectures especially cover the law of market supervision and the law public dues, as well as trade and industry law.
One research focus of the chair is also the law of the European community, especially the fiscal and currency law. The lectures thus always include the community law dimensions of business law and tax law.
